• iFind will not participate in any offer or attempt to list real property for the purpose of disposition or acquisition;
• iFind in no way is acting as an agent for the Client with respect to the services provided;
• iFind does not write offers for the purchase or sale of real property on behalf of the client and will not accept offers from a prospective purchaser on behalf of the Client;
• iFind will not make appointments for viewings between the Client and a prospective purchaser; and
• iFind will not provide any advice on price information concerning a potential listing price of the Property.
